Tim Gaumer
Director of Fundamental Research
Tim Gaumer is the Global Director of Fundamental Research at Thomson Reuters. He held the same position at StarMine, a company acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2008.
With more than 17 years of experience conducting fundamental analysis, Tim is widely regarded as an expert helping fundamental investor apply innovative analytics in their investment process. He has worked for two independent research firms and most recently as director of research at Jefferson Research & Management. Tim also previously worked at several buy-side firms, most recently at Transamerica Investment Management as an equity analyst and portfolio manager.
Tim is a much sought after speaker regularly presenting at global CFA Societies and industry conferences. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and graduate degree in Business Administration.
Greg Harrison
Research Analyst
Greg Harrison covers a broad base of corporate earnings, including fundamental data, estimate revisions, growth rates and valuations. Focusing on companies in the S&P 500, his weekly earnings commentary includes macro level research and company-specific insights.
Previously, Greg worked in the biotechnology industry, providing validation consulting services to help companies ensure that their manufacturing processes were capable of producing safe and effective products.
Greg holds a BS in Biology from the University of Washington and MBA and MSF degrees from the Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management.
John Kozey
Senior Analyst for Intelligent Analytics
John Kozey is a Senior Analyst for Intelligent Analytics at Thomson Reuters, focusing on equities, derivatives and ETFs. John uses Thomson Reuters analytics to develop unique reports that blend fundamental and chart analytics on macro and individual topics for actionable ideas.
John has been analyzing and communicating financial ideas to clients for over two decades, and was the Equity Research Director for Bridge Trading Company, as well as a former institutional equity derivatives salesman, sales-trader and desk analyst. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) , Chartered Market Technician (CMT) and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA) designations. He received his MBA in Finance from Cornell’s Johnson School of Management.
Jharonne Martis-Olivo
DIRECTOR - CONSUMER RESEARCH
Jharonne Martis-Olivo’s key responsibilities include analysis of actual and estimated retail same store sales data over time and across competitors, providing insight into company outlooks, revealing trend expectations, and yielding clues to anticipated consumer behavior. Her observations and analysis can be found in her monthly research reports, SSS Preview and SSS Review, which are widely distributed to institutional clients and the financial media. Additionally, Martis-Olivo periodically publishes in-depth Market Insight notes and serves as an internal resource on all issues related to the US consumer.
Martis-Olivo has worked as a software developer at NetLander, Inc., where she contributed to key projects at the NASA J.F. Kennedy Space Center, and was a Control Desk Analyst Manager at Citigroup. She holds a BS in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance.

Sri Raman formulates timely and actionable quantitative insights that help clients develop alpha-generating investment strategies. An expert in using data analysis and manipulation tools, such as Thomson Reuters MarketQA and StarMine Professional, he identifies market anomalies based on company fundamentals and sector trends. Raman has been featured on CNBC and Reuters Insider TV, discussing investment opportunities and sharing his market perspectives.
Raman, a ten-year Thomson Reuters veteran, holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with a concentration in Quantitative Finance.
